If you are not comfortable with on-line reservation systems and would like the personal touch, you can contact us toll free at 800-508-2134 or locally at 585-393-9937. You can also send us email at Innkeeper@BellaRoseBB.com with your request and we will contact you during the times you indicate in your email.
Check-in: 3 - 6 pm; Check out: 11 am. Special arrangements made with advance notice. Please call as soon as you know if you will be delayed for check-in as the B&B closes early every night.
Payment: Rates are per night and based on double occupancy. A deposit equivalent to one night's stay per room, plus tax, is required at the time reservation is made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. The balance on the reservation is due at check-in, if applicable.
Cancellations / Changes: You are responsible for the room(s) you have reserved. If unforeseen circumstances cause you to cancel or change your reservation FEWER than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, AND we can rebook or reschedule the room(s), you will only be charged a $25 fee per room and the reminder will be refunded to you. In the event that we cannot rebook the room, you will be charged for the entire reservation.
Other:
- Weekends and holidays between May 1 and Oct 31 require a two-night minimum stay
- Adult-oriented B&B; cannot accommodate children
- No pets, smoking, candles or incense permitted
